Simple procedures such as physiotherapy, pharmacotherapy,
device treatment (splint therapy) and long-term treatments such as
occlusal restorative care, etc.

posture training, jaw opening exercise, equipment treatments (ultrasound, iontophoresis, TENS), Stretch and Spray Therapy, trigger point injection) etc

Caution
 
 Avoid not to open your mouth wide.
such as yawn, making big bites, singing, screaming etc
 
 Eat soft food
Avoid squid, gum, beef, hard food etc.
 
 Avoid not to rest your chin on your hand
Make ‘N’ sound , and keep the upper teeth and the lower teeth separated. 
 
 Massage with warm wet towel for 10 minutes, 2-3 times a day.
(stop when you have serious swelling and get painful)
 
 6X6X6 jaw muscle exercise
① Make your tongue touch inside of the upper teeth
② Open your mouth and the tongue goes straight up for 6 seconds
③ Hold your mouth in the open position for 6 seconds, repeat it 6 times
    a day.
 
 Hinge exercise
Open and close your mouth quickly without clenching your teeth for one minute. Repeat it 10 times a day. 
 
 Do not stop taking prescribed drug
If you get any side effects, call your doctor immediately
