One is Non-Incision method and the other is Full-Incision method. Non-Incision method is just putting thread on your upper eyelids to make the fold. 眼底眼袋：眼底的脂肪鼓起突出并且看起来还有出现沟壑的现象（即凹凸不平）。手术有两种方法：沿着眼底的眼睑切开后把突出的脂肪取出移植到有沟壑的部位进行补平的方法，同时下垂的皮肤也一起进行提拉，平整皮肤。

眼角皱纹：笑的时候出现皱纹时肉毒杆菌是最有效果的，肉毒杆菌是通过注射器进行的施术，所以施术相对来说简单，且无需另外的恢复时间。肉毒杆菌是施术后3天~2周左右逐渐出现效果，3~6个月后会逐渐恢复到原来的状态。

First of all, patient's eyes are a bit droppy, thick and looks like sleepy because the power of opening eyes is weak. so, having eyelids and powers on your eyes makes your eyes defined. This surgery is called, non-incision ptosis correction.
Epicanthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty would be helpful to make your eyes bigger and defined if needed. In the picture, patient's right eye seems like going up a bit so, lateral canthoplasy makes patient's eye meek.
The position of eyelid should be low so that it looks like natural and pretty because patent's skin is thick.

When we see the picture, patient's skin is thick and have lots of fat.
Without bone surgery, it can be improved if patient to do lipo-suction and facial contouring injection to make good facial line. In addition, it's more effective to have facial contouring injection with these surgery to make thick skin thin and reduce fat cell.

Based on the pictures it seems that you would consider having Revisional Double eyelid surgery with Full Incision method in order to acheive the bigger fold and the outfold look. We could remove the excessive skin and some fat from the upper eyelids to make it lighter.

보내주신 X-ray상으로는 뼈상태와 하악(아래)의 경우 남은 치아의 개수 확인이 어렵습니다.
병원 내원 후 정밀검사를 통하여 현재의 보철상태와 치아 및 뼈상태를 확인한 후에 정확한 진단이
나올 수 있으며, 현 X-ray상으로는 뼈상태가 양호하다는 전제아래 임플란트는 상악, 하악 최소 10개
이상이 예상되며, 보철의 경우는 현재 상태에 따라서 다시 제작할 수 있습니다.
보철의 경우 임플란트 식립수에 따라 달라질 수 있으며, 최소 임플란트를 진행한다는 가정하에서
최소 10개를 교환하여야 하며, 나머지 보철물은 학인후 최대 8개를 교환할 수 있습니다.
치료일정은 상악은 크라운만 진행할 경우 한국에 1회방문하며 7일정도 한국에 머물러야 하는데 그때

병원 방문 시 파노라마 사진을 다시 찍고, 직접 상태를 확인한 후 앞니는 크라운을 설치하고 어금니는

필요할 것으로 보입니다.

앞니 6개가 파노라마 상 잘 안 보이는 관계로 확신 할 순 없지만 2가지 방법을 제시하자면
첫째, 6개 치아 전체에 브릿지를 설치하거나 둘째, 양쪽에 2개씩 4개의 임플란트를 심고 2개의 크라운을
브릿지 형식으로 설치하는 방법입니다.
임프란트 시술은 2단계로 이루어집니다. 1차는 임플란트를 심고 2차는 상악의 경우 6개월, 하악의 경우
3개월 후 임플란트 보철 시술을 진행할 것입니다.

엑스레이 상으로 뼈 상태와 남은 치아 개수 확인이 어려움.
병원 첫 내원시 체크 후 뼈 상태가 양호하다는 전제하에, 최소 11개 임플란트 예상.
보철물이 서로 연결되어 있기 때문에 임플란트 시술시 연결된 보철물을 떼어 내어 다시 제작해야 할
가능성 있음. 보철물 상태와 어떻게 얼마나 연결되어 있는지에 따라 몇 개의 보철물을 다시 해야할지
