For your case, I recommend the following procedures.


1. Mandible angle reduction: KRW 6,750,000
-This procedure includes mandible angle and chin reduction to smooth and slim your facial contour. It is very effective for making a more soft and feminine look. If you would like your frontal chin to be slimmer, I recommend chin reduction as well, if not you can receive mandible angle alone. According to the photos, your skin will not get drooped as much as you concern, so I think it will be ok.

2. Cheekbone reduction: KRW 7,500,000
-Cheekbone reduction will be done using oral and temporal incisions to make your protruded more inward and backward. After relocating the bones, they will be fixed with medical screws.

Please be aware that all facial bone contouring surgeries will be done using oral-incisions under general anesthesia. After a careful CT scan, the doctor will be able to diagnose your condition better and advice the most suitable surgical method for you.
