Based on the picture you have posted we would like to recommend Double eyelid surgery with the Non-Incision method . There are two methods to do the double eyelids surgery. One is Non-Incision method and the other is Full-Incision method. Non-Incision method is just putting thread on your upper eyelids to make the fold. If you do not have heavy upper eyelids and you just want to have bigger eyes and make one fine line then Non-incisinal surgery would be enough. But,the exact method and the cost can be provided after the face to face consultation.
