Process for the surgery
- Surgery is done under general anesthesia. - Make an incision in the mucous membrane of your mouth to approach the muscles and bones. - The mandibular part of the lower jaw and the jaw line are cut as planned before surgery. - Sagittal osteotomy gives you a more dramatic effect in face front. - If the muscles are thick, remove some muscles or make muscles atrophy. - Operation time is about 2 hours.
